As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals who have sustained workplace injuries, facilitating their journey back to employment, whether within their current role or a new one. This position is open to professionals coming from an Occupational Therapy, background. The role demands a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and a commitment to delivering tailored rehabilitation solutions. What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work. Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic) Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Working within the NES and OES space Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $95,000 - $120,000 Super (experience dependent) Bonus Financial incentives- Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomes Need more 'me time'?
